About Team

The strategy team at Myntra leads the development of long-term strategy for the company and its business units. By leveraging fact-based analyses, consumer insights and market intelligence, the strategy team identifies strategic focus areas and influences strategic and operational decisions for the company. The team works directly with the CEO and senior business leaders. The team also collaborates with leaders across functions to ensure seamless execution of recommended strategic initiatives.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • The BA can expect to have a panoramic view of the business and work at the intersection of Analytics, Business and Strategy. Execution with the team manager, will enable incumbent to gradually take more ownership of business work stream(s)
  • Work on external and internal data to derive key strategic insights for the platform
  • For high priority problem statements, work with Senior managers the problem scope, identify key hypotheses, define analyses plan and gain agreement on key deliverables and timelines along with leadership
  • Lead Market & Competitive Intelligence for Myntra
  • Own competition insights from a category, customer, service and capabilities dimension
  • Aligning internal categories on market share, and communicating current trends to aid categories in decision making
  • Analyzing India e-tail trends and estimating the market size by players, category, tiers, etc.
  • Regular publishing and updation of key deliverables - Market Intelligence Reports, Industry projections

  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

Qualifications & Experience


  • B Tech/BE in Computer Science or equivalent from a tier 1 college with 2-4 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, advanced Excel, R
