Key Responsibilities

• Assist in screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates for various roles
• Ensure timely communication and smooth integration of new hires into the team
• Maintain dashboards, manage intern groups, and support daily HR workflows
• Ensure adherence to processes and handle basic documentation needs
• Collect and analyze recruitment metrics to track performance and trends
• Prepare reports and share actionable insights with the HR team
• Build positive relationships with candidates and address their queries effectively
• Act as a bridge between interns, HR, and the core team for seamless coordination
• Collaborate on hiring needs and explore outreach or partnership opportunities
