RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in monitoring regulatory updates across global markets and jurisdictions
- Support the team in ensuring regulatory updates relevant to our organization are captured worldwide
- Detect the relevant updates and analyze the regulatory changes
- Create and update JIRAs related to regulatory updates
- Support sales/pre-sales teams by gathering information about client requirements
- Distribute weekly regulatory newsletters for internal and external stakeholders
- Report any potential issues to team lead as required
- Participate in internal enhancements projects
- Understanding of basic financial concepts and interest in regulatory reporting
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Educational background in business analysis or financial services
- Willingness to learn how to interpret regulatory publications and document requirements
- Strong communication skills and eagerness to collaborate with team members
- Self-motivated with the ability to follow guidance while showing initiative
- Bachelor's degree or pursuing degree in one of the following areas: Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or other aligned business and technology subject matters
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word, and MS Excel
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines in a supportive team environment
- Knowledge of or interest in learning another foreign language
- Worked on projects related to financial regulations
- Enthusiasm for financial technology and regulatory innovation
