Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 8 to 12 years of experience in Finacle and Finacle Core specifically within the Retail Banking domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with rotational shifts. This role involves overseeing the implementation and support of Finacle solutions to enhance our retail banking operations ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Finacle solutions in retail banking environments to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Oversee the customization of Finacle Core to meet specific business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Finacle-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to banking operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain system health and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including system configurations processes and troubleshooting guides.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Finacle solutions and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all Finacle implementations.
  • Participate in the development and execution of disaster recovery plans to safeguard banking operations.
  • Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored Finacle solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Finacle systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Finacle and retail banking technologies to ensure the organization remains competitive.

Qualifications
