BolsterBiz is looking for a Merchant Claim Specialist who will handle all claims related to lost, damaged, or late delivery orders shipped through our Client's carriers. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage claims from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Merchant Communication:

  • Review and validate claims submitted by merchants for eligibility and accuracy.
  • Respond to merchants professionally and empathetically.
  • Request credits for eligible claims on the merchant’s Manifest billing account.

Carrier Claims Management

  • File eligible claims with shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Veho, and others.
  • Track claims throughout the reimbursement process.
  • Document the amount awarded once the claim is resolved.
  • Apply additional credits to merchant accounts when necessary.

Accurate Documentation

  • Keep thorough records of all claims to ensure proper follow-up and avoid duplicate reimbursements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service experience (1–3+ years), especially in written communication.
  • Ability to manage tasks independently and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Experience with claims processing (like shipping, fulfillment, or medical) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like Zendesk, Hubspot, or Salesforce Service Cloud is a bonus.
