Job Description

Store & Inventory Management:

  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, components, and tools.
  • Maintain proper stock levels and update inventory records in ERP or inventory management software.
  • Issue raw materials to production and track consumption on a daily basis.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate the dispatch of finished goods to customers as per schedule.
  • Generate delivery challans, packing lists, invoices, and other shipping documents.
  • Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and customers for smooth deliveries.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Ensure proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Other Details

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with OEM sales cycles, government procurement processes, and fleet operations is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical products and articulate their value.
  • Willingness to travel across assigned regions.
