Maintain inventory of physical media & complete track of PSM movement within national data center as well as outside the data center. Manage media in E-TOC (Media management Application) that is registering & uploading media information, inventory, media movement in E-TOC. Understand the backup policy & media requirement. Track the restoration request, performance, coordination with backup team. Off-sitting PSM after backup on basis of an offsite calendar & maintaining a track, complete the documentation for the same. Backup & Storage Maintenance Monitor (via Tivoli), Troubleshoot & Security Health Check of Servers Remote Tools Net meeting, VNC, Team Viewer and MSTSC. Response & closure of tickets within SLA. Able to perform in 24 x 7 Environment in shift roaster. Domain server ID creation/deletion Maintain the help desk issue tracking system and create performance reports
