Job Purpose
Ensuring Statutory Compliances of all Labour Laws Like, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wates Act, Labour Welfare Fund of DIAL. Employees. Ensuring Labour Compliances of 5000 outource manpower deployed at Airport through more than 50 contractors. Liosing with EPF, ESIC, Labour Authority etc Organizing sports activity at DIAL for employee engagement purpose. Working closely with IR team for Airport HR Forum & HR DIAlogue. Ensuring ISO- QMS & Business Excellence for Human Resource Dept.

Key Performance Indicators
Statutory Compliances of Outsource Manpower:-
Responsible for day to day compliance issue related to Outsourced manpower. Ensuring the requirement of CLRAA. Issuance of Form V, VIB etc Ensuring the timely clearing of HR Compliance of Contractor post checking of all relevant Compliance requirements.
Responsible for automaton of HR Compliance system of contractor Invoices in coordination with Finance team.
Timeliness and Accuracy
Provident Fund Compliances for DIAL & GAL
Ensuring PF compliance requirements like maintaining PF Eligibility Register, issuance of PF number, UAN related requirements, KYC requirements, Preparation of ECR and uploading the same to PF website, ensuring the timely payments of PF dues. PF Trust Compliance like monthly Return, filling of various reports to RPFC, conducting various internal & external audits.
Responsible for timely and accurate preparation and receipt of data every month.
Transfer In and Transfer Outs of PF accumulation. Settlement of Pension claim, Death Claim on day to day basis. Partnering EPFO for their various initiative/reforms/amendments/schemes.
Timeliness and accuracy, Audit Reports.
Labour Law Compliances
Responsible for fulfillment of all labour law requirements pertaining to DIAL employees and its outsourced employees like Contract Labour Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Labour Welfare Fund, Maternity Benefit Act, Employment Exchange, PF, ESIC,etc
Filing of returns under above mentioned acts.
Handling Inspection/audits by Labour departments, Legal, MAG etc
Managing Compliance Tool Legatrix.. Reporting timely compliance to the system, issuance of compliance certificate on monthly basis.
Timeliness, Accuracy & Audit Reports
Key Accountabilities
Business Excellence & ISO- QMS
Part of Business Excellence Organizational Profile Team for various data, analytics required in writing of Organizational Profile.
Ensuring the compliance of ISO-QMS at department level, preparation of HR Manual, SOPs and updating the same as per changes in ISO.
Business Excellence Score & Audit report of ISO.
Protocol Coordination for Labour Authorities
Forwarding the protocol request to guest relation team, following with them on time to time basis.
Working as a brdge between labour authority and guest relation team to ensure the protocol without fail and preventing any GAP of information/communication between them.
Accuracy. Complaint raised by concern authority.
