Team Overview

Join our global Marketing & Communications team as a Graphic Designer based in Chandigarh. You will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team responsible for driving brand consistency and delivering high-impact visual content across digital and print platforms.

This role is ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a global environment, has a keen eye for detail, and enjoys producing a wide range of marketing and design assets that support go-to-market strategies across multiple business lines.

Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to produce on-brand visuals that align with EquiLend’s identity and messaging.
• Create engaging assets for digital campaigns, including email layouts, website banners, social media posts, product videos, and online advertisements.
• Design for print materials such as advertisements, event signage, and conference assets.
• Participate in creative ideation and contribute to campaign concept development during team brainstorming sessions.
• Maintain and organize creative assets, photography, and design files on the company server.
• Research and share insights on current design trends to inform creative strategy.
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images and videos to meet campaign needs.
  
  
  

Required Skills

• 4+ years of relevant commercial experience in a graphic design role, ideally within a marketing or corporate communications environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Rush, Express, and Adobe Stock) with a clear understanding of when and how to use each tool effectively.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, composition, color theory, and overall graphic design principles.
• A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of visual and multimedia design work.
• Working knowledge of preparing files for both digital and print media.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, accurately, and independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field (Graphic Design, Visual Design, UI/UX, or similar creative subject).
