Job Overview

Netambit is looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to manage bulk hiring for non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume recruitment, sourcing strategies, and end-to-end hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle bulk hiring for sales, field executives, and other non-IT positions.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Conduct screening, shortlisting, and initial interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within the given TAT.
• Maintain recruitment data and reports for analysis.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and challenges.
  
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in bulk hiring
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Naukri, Apna, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
