Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Bareilly. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities include visiting potential and existing customers, demonstrating product features, providing product advice, and managing sales quotas. The role also requires regular reporting of sales activities and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new customers, dealers, and distributors in the market
• Promote and sell our range of LED lighting, electrical wires & cables, and home appliances
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Execute territory sales plans and achieve monthly targets
• Gather market insights and report trends to the sales manager

Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales and business development
• Strong knowledge of LED lighting and home appliance industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Proficiency in market research and identifying sales opportunities
• Fluency in both written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
