Key Responsibilities
Design and supervise RCC, steel, and masonry structures
Ensure compliance with IS 456, IS 800, and NBC standards
Manage site execution, quality control, and contractor coordination
Prepare BOQs, project schedules, and technical reports
Implement safety protocols per OSHA standards
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's in Civil Engineering (IIT/NIT preferred)
5+ years in high-rise/residential/commercial projects
Expertise In
Leadership for site teams (50+ workers)
Problem-solving for on-site challenges
Client communication & vendor negotiation
Time management for project deadline
