Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Office Boy to join our team at Easa College Of Engineering & Technology. The role is full-time and based in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have a junior position level with a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The Office Boy will play a supportive role in maintaining the office environment and ensuring efficient operations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a maximum of 3 years preferable for junior level positions.
  • Must possess excellent office maintenance skills to ensure an organized and efficient office environment. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience in document delivery and management, ensuring timely and accurate distribution of paperwork. (Mandatory skill)
  • Adept in guest reception, providing professional and courteous interaction with visitors. (Mandatory skill)
  • Competence in cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and welcoming office space is required.
  • Record keeping abilities to support administrative activities and ensure proper documentation.
  • Basic clerical support skills are necessary, including filing, photocopying, and other related tasks.
  • Good communication skills to assist in addressing queries and conveying messages effectively within the office setting.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment and facilities regularly.
  • Efficiently handle document delivery, ensuring all paperwork is distributed to the designated departments or individuals on time.
  • Greet and direct guests upon arrival, providing them with necessary assistance and information.
  • Support administrative staff in various tasks, including filing, document copying, and other clerical duties as needed.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, ensuring that stock is kept up to date and replenishing as necessary.
  • Maintain the office equipment in working order, calling for repairs or new supplies as needed.
  • Take on additional duties as required to support the office's smooth operation and address any arising needs promptly.
