We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – HR to play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy and culture as we enter our next phase of growth.
Role Summary
As the Senior Manager – Human Resources, you will lead end-to-end HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Culture, and Compliance. You will work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and foster a high-performance, inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
Partner with the executive team to drive organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and HR strategy.
Design and implement scalable HR processes and systems suitable for a fast-growing SaaS startup.
Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Own the recruitment lifecycle for leadership and strategic roles.
Build Spendflo's employer brand to attract top-tier talent across geographies.
Performance & Culture
Develop and lead performance management systems that foster continuous feedback and growth.
Champion Spendflo's culture and values across all levels and functions.
Learning & Development
Build learning frameworks and training programs to upskill employees and develop future leaders.
Facilitate leadership development initiatives.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Create and execute engagement strategies to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
Lead internal communication programs and employee feedback mechanisms.
Compliance & HR Operations
Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR policies, and internal compliance standards.
Oversee HRMS, payroll, and other operational HR functions.
Qualifications
MBA in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution.
Minimum 10 years of post-MBA experience in HR, preferably in fast-paced tech or SaaS environments.
Proven experience managing end-to-end HR functions with an emphasis on talent, culture, and leadership.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Deep understanding of Indian labor laws and global HR practices.
Prior experience in Series A/B funded startups or hyper-growth tech companies.
Exposure to global HR practices, especially in the US and APAC.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and resilience.
