Job Purpose
Plans and execute business plans for a specified stream in the services portfolio (currently Advt., Leisure, Canteens and New Projects), develop and implement new business concepts and coordinate with concessionaires for business development while establishing operational control measures at GHIAL in order to achieve revenue targets.
To ensure regulatory compliance with all concession terms and ensure smooth extension of concession. As part of the role, the Manager (Concession Agreement) will also focus on development of an automated portal to monitor regulatory compliances, manage the issuance of all legal correspondences efficiently and maintain a centralized repository of all relevant documents.

Assist in Examining Concession Agreement Documents for all existing and future GAL Airports (domestic and international) and identify key areas of compliance
Identification of top areas of compliances
Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal policies related to concession compliance, ensuring alignment with external regulations on a sustainable basis
Number of policies developed for different departments to ensure regulatory compliance
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Additional Details
Conduct risk assessments related to concessions, identifying potential compliance risks and proposing mitigation strategies
Number of critical issues identified, and corresponding mitigation strategies suggested
Provide required assistance to develop and maintain positive relationships with external entities such as AAI, concessioning agency, MoCA, regulators, external counsel, and public authorities through effective communication and negotiation, fostering a foundation of trust

10+ years Total with 7+ years of Relevant Work Experience.
