Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer queries through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and social media
- Participate in research callouts as part of the team when required
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
- Identify and understand customer needs and requirements
- Process and log inquiries from emails, calls, and social media on the CRM system
- Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer issues as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Update customer information as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data and information
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet business needs
