Role: Sales Development Representative
Experience: 1 to 4 years
Work Location: Chennai
Job Description:
- Build rapport with contacts and understand where the prospect is in the buying process.
- Gather key information to update the CRM system and assign a nurture path and follow-up strategy.
- Identify opportunities that meet a minimum qualification criteria for the sales team.
- Attend incoming sales calls and emails and assign them to the sales reps.
We're looking for someone with:
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and product presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently and deliver value to the customers and the company.
- Should be willing to work in night shifts.
