At Nethority we are looking for PPC-Team Lead -Digital Marketing who is Providing brands with a comprehensive suite of services, including proprietary AdTech backed PPC, creative production, digital marketing expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities

1)Lead Generation: Plan, implement, and optimize lead generation campaigns across digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Utilize data-driven strategies to identify target audiences, create compelling content, and optimize campaigns to maximize lead generation results.


2)PPC Management: Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and campaign optimization to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and meet performance targets.


3)Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and other relevant marketing analytics platforms. Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights, to stakeholders and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.


4)Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to align digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies and business goals. Provide guidance and support to junior team members and actively participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions.


5)Stay updated with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure the implementation of cutting-edge strategies and tactics to achieve lead generation goals.


Skills

  • Proven expertise in managing and scaling Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign structuring, keyword research, ad copywriting, bidding strategies, and budget optimization.
  • Advanced experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups.
  • Proficiency with PPC tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu, Keyword Planner, and reporting tools like Data Studio or Looker Studio.
  • Solid understanding of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and landing page optimization best practices.
  • Strong team leadership experience—mentoring junior PPC analysts, managing performance, and fostering growth.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation, Excel/Google Sheets skills, and ROI forecasting ability.
  • Experience working with eCommerce, lead generation, and/or SaaS PPC strategies.
  • Excellent communication and client presentation skills.
