Product Consultant (T)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finacle and Finacle Core along with extensive domain expertise in Retail Banking. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects and contribute to the success of our organization. The position requires no travel and operates during day shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and customization of Finacle Core solutions for retail banking clients.
• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide expert guidance on Finacle Core functionalities and best practices to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for retail banking solutions.
• Design and develop technical solutions that meet client needs and align with industry standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of Finacle Core implementations to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Offer ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions addressing any issues or enhancements as needed.
• Train and mentor junior team members on Finacle Core and retail banking domain knowledge.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for solutions including technical specifications and user guides.
• Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements in Finacle Core and retail banking to keep the organization competitive.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Finacle Core implementations.

• Possess in-depth knowledge of Finacle and Finacle Core with proven experience in implementing these solutions.
• Have extensive domain expertise in retail banking understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective technical solutions.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.
• Show proficiency in project management ensuring successful delivery of complex projects.
