- A candidate with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality.
- The position involves reviewing and managing PPAPs.
- Hands on experience with key commodities like Sheetmetal, Fabrication, Hydraulics, Casting or Machining.
- Strong in GD&T and ability to understand the drawings.
- Competence in core tools based on APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, Problem solving tools and techniques (7QC, 8D) and Power BI is added advantage.
- Assist in Pre-DPAR reviews to assess manufacturability and verify quality compliance.
- Conduct Kotem analysis for dimensional variation, capability studies and tolerance stack up studies to validate GD&T and functional requirements.
- Support quality planning activities including Control Plans, PFMEA and Inspection standard development.
- Good English communication and the ability to handle the project independently with minimal guidance.
