Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities as per JJM project specifications and standards.
- Ensure execution of civil and pipeline works including ESRs, OHSRs, pump houses, and distribution networks.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
- Maintain daily work progress reports, site diaries, and quality check records.
- Verify and certify work as per drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
- Liaise with government officials, local authorities, and stakeholders as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality norms at the site.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Assist in preparation of work measurement sheets, billing, and documentation.
- Support project planning, material estimation, and procurement coordination.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in water supply or rural infrastructure projects.
- Prior experience with Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) projects will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in reading drawings, project execution, and quality assurance.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.
- Must be open to relocating and residing at/near the site during the project duration.
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
