• Manage all NB EMS/Remote Site products among ODM,management EMS/Remote Site orders daily shortageATB, monitor weekly FCSTCommit and parts DOI.
• Mange all NB EMS/Remote Site local buy parts demand/supply,BPSDNSMWD LLT strategy buy.
• Manage all NB EMS/Remote Site/ODM MRP and BOX planning, including MRP validation,MRP publish,w2w demand change analysis,missing AR analysis,CA management.
• Manage all NB EMS/Remote Site local buy parts master data and share split maintain and upload,
• EMS/Remote Site CKD/SKD PI monitor and MWD management ,variety of EMS/Remote Site and ODM parts MWD need to be verified which also including 2nd tier parts liability audit, and keep to push internal and ODM/EMS/Remote Site to consume on time and work with RD to qualiftication by next generation.
• Working with logistic and BS operation team for ODM SKD/CKD parts ETA abnormal issue fixed and manage MOT change request.
• Negotate with EMS/Remote Site/ODM on resource striving and complicated issue communication and settled
• Working with LME team for FA capacity improvement to meet our quarterly target, monthly monitor capacity preparation and co-work with team to drive capacity increased to secure EMS/Remote Site CA.
• EMS/Remote Site KPI monitor and root cause dig out : OTS/ BPS/ SCP/ETA acc/ PO coverage/ PI/ MWD / flexibility etc
• Data analysis capability for demand/ supply / order data (Power BI or other digitial skills is mandatory)
• EMS/Remote Site MB management : SMT ATB analysis/ Build plan managment / MB DOI management /
• EMS/Remote Site SMT capacity management :co-work with Q- team for EMS/Remote Site SMT capacity and flexibility management to fulfill
