About The Role
We are seeking a CA/CS/LLB with 8-12 years of work experience in financial markets who is looking forward to an extremely intense and challenging role in our asset management platform at Gift city. An ideal candidate would be someone who has worked in a similar profile in the asset management / large NBFC / financial services space.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure identification of compliance requirements for IFSC & AIF compliances.
- Evaluate the implication of regulatory guidelines on the business and liaise with internal departments to get the regulations implemented.
- Do submission of various regulatory filings with IFSC
- Proactively advise the leadership team on potential compliance related risks and risk mitigation strategies.
- Recommend and document governance policies and practices.
- Interact with auditors and ensure any shortcomings/discrepancies are highlighted. Co-ordinate regulatory You will be expected to take a lot of initiative to do on-the-job learning about different financial instruments, products, regulatory structures.
- You will be required to be flexible across functions and participate in multiple projects simultaneously.
- We expect you to have higher energy, higher intellectual capability and a desire to handle bigger responsibilities than an average professional of your age/experience will generally do.
