The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and ROC procedures.

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Company Secretary to ensure statutory compliance, support the Board of Directors, and manage all legal and corporate governance responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and ROC procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI guidelines, and other applicable corporate laws.
- Conduct Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and General Meetings, including drafting agendas, notices, and minutes.
- Maintain statutory registers and ensure timely filing of forms with MCA/ROC.
- Handle secretarial matters including incorporation, alteration of MOA/AOA, share issuance, and related filings.
- Liaison with regulatory authorities like ROC, SEBI, Stock Exchanges, and legal consultants.
- Assist in preparation of annual reports, Director’s reports, and other corporate disclosures.
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and take appropriate action to maintain compliance.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, resolutions, and legal documents.
- Support board members with corporate governance matters and ensure ethical compliance.
Qualification: CS (ICSI) – Qualified
