Backend Developer Internship in Chennai

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Assisting in the development and maintenance of backend systems using Python and Django/DRF.
• Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented RESTful APIs (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE, PATCH).
• Performing CRUD operations and using SQL features such as aggregate/window functions, key constraints.
• Handling file operations including reading/writing files and JSON processing.
• Assisting in implementing unit tests using Django test framework and conducting API testing with Postman.
• Debugging and troubleshooting code using Python and Django tools, utilizing logging modules for monitoring.
• Collaborating on version control and code reviews using GitHub/GitLab.
• Contributing to API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI.
