Job role:

The HR Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office

Salary Range: 2.5 LPA- 3.6 LPA

Experience: 1+ Year experience

Preferred Qualification: M.B.A. in HR

Responsibilities:

• Screen applicants, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate assessments to evaluate qualifications.
• Provide candidates with a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to measure effectiveness.
• Senior HR Recruiter plays a pivotal role in sourcing attracting & hiring top talent for the organization.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field is required, with a preference for a master's degree.
• Availability to conduct online interviews in late evenings, as necessary, for profiles that require the CEO's involvement during that time.
• 1+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
