• Review & validate all field entries daily
• Approve or reject painter/helper/wall/vendor data
• Confirm wall owner data via WhatsApp or call
• Register vendors after verification via Whatsapp or Call
• Maintain reports on Adwallz App for data entries, approvals, and gaps
• Approve and audit expense reports from field executives
• Forward verified expenses to the accounts team
• Share verified vendor details with operations
• Ensure field executives are active and accountable
• Submit weekly reports of team performance and status
