Job Description
We need a dedicated Female Tutor to provide comprehensive academic support to a student in the 8th grade. The tutor will teach all subjects and foster an engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities
Conducting structured tutoring sessions covering all subjects in the 8th-grade curriculum.
Developing customized lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the student's individual learning needs.
Providing clear explanations, examples, and practical exercises enhances understanding and retention of concepts.
Assisting the student with homework assignments, projects, and exam preparation.
Assessing the student's progress regularly and providing constructive feedback to address areas of improvement.
Creating a supportive and encouraging learning atmosphere to promote academic growth and confidence.
Communicating effectively with parents to discuss the student's progress and address concerns.
Maintaining accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area.
Previous experience as a Tutor, particularly with middle school students.
Strong proficiency in teaching various subjects included in the 8th-grade curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring young learners.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the student's learning style.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a consistent tutoring schedule.
