We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and highly motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Marketing Specialist for INAAYA, you will be responsible for managing and growing our presence across key social media platforms, driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and supporting lead generation goals.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
About Company: INAAYA is a new-age daycare & activity center to assist in the holistic development of children from the age of 9 months to 12 years. It is located in DLF Phase-1, Gurugram with an open-air amphitheater, large garden, spacious activity rooms, and cafeteria serving healthy and nutritious meals. The campus is completely under 24/7 surveillance and well-guarded with restricted access. All technology and other infrastructure are commensurate with a world-class daycare & activity center. Our management and mentors are well-versed in child care with experience of 50+ years. Our daycare management system allows for parents to constantly stay updated on the progress of their child along with communications to/from the daycare. INAAYA is fully compliant with all daycare rules and regulations, primarily under the Maternity Benefit Act 2017.
Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Creating captivating and visually appealing content for various social media platforms.
- Managing and growing the company's presence on Instagram through strategic marketing campaigns.
- Producing high-quality videos that showcase the daycare's services and facilities.
- Writing compelling and informative content for blogs, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Designing eye-catching graphics and visuals to enhance the company's online presence.
- Analyzing data and metrics to track the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Run paid ad campaigns on social platforms and track ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
- Engage with the online community and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly.
- Support influencer outreach, partnerships, and UGC campaigns when required.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all channels.
