Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive tutoring across all subjects to help the student build a strong academic foundation.
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the learning needs and pace of a 1st-grade student.
Assist with homework, reinforce classroom learning, and introduce new concepts in an understandable manner.
Monitor the student’s progress regularly and adjust teaching methods to ensure optimal understanding.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to encourage the student’s curiosity and enthusiasm for learning.
Requirements
Educational Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in teaching or tutoring at the primary school level is highly desirable.
Familiarity with the 1st-grade curriculum and teaching methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with young learners.
Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt to the student’s learning style.
