Systems Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Capture - Business Analyst Power Automate RPA ServiceNow Orchestration and Python. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects during day shifts. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain system documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is available.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Implement and manage automation workflows using Power Automate RPA to streamline processes.
• Utilize ServiceNow Orchestration to integrate and automate IT service management tasks.
• Write and maintain Python scripts to support various automation and integration tasks.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Participate in system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all system-related activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system issues.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Power Automate RPA for process automation.
• Have experience with ServiceNow Orchestration for IT service management integration.
• Show expertise in Python scripting for automation and integration tasks.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
