Key Responsibilities

  • Execute daily, weekly and monthly production schedules to meet quantity and quality targets efficiently.
  • Monitor and coordinate RM and PM availability to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Maintain accurate Daily Production Reports (DPR) and sales documentation.
  • Handle product accounting and stock reconciliation of FG, RM, and PM.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operational flow.
  • Run MRP planning for timely procurement of RM and PM based on production needs.

Qualification and Skills Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Industrial, etc.), B.Sc., or related field.
  • 13 years of relevant experience in production planning, procurement, or supply chain (FMCG industry preferred).
  • Familiarity with Excel/Google sheets and ERP systems (eg. SAP, Power-bi etc).
  • Understanding of FMCG manufacturing processes, material planning, and vendor coordination.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with documentation, GRN, POs, and vendor follow-ups.
