Operations & Compliance Officer A Bachelors or Masters in any stream (preferably in finance or economics) with a minimum of 1 year experience in the areas of compliance and financial market operations. Familiar with capital markets operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Interfacing with Exchange officials to understand and fulfil compliance requirements for the firm. 2. Liaising with vendors for supporting the IT/Audit/Accounting operations of the branch. 3. Working with senior management and other team members to handle the operations of the branch. 4. Assisting in drafting applications and other documentation required for day to day running of the business. 5. Assisting vendors and other team members with audit, inspection and other compliance related requirements.
