Customer Service Associate in Jaipur, Indore, Kolkata (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• Resolving customer queries over call/ email/ chat
• Working in 9 hours shift in office as per the assigned shift timing and closing customer queries within the TAT of US/ UK Customers
• Updating customer interaction in the tool
