Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing visually compelling advertisements for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads to drive engagement and conversions for our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) website.

You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and content teams to create designs that resonate with our target audience and align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing and high-performing static and dynamic ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

Create responsive ad designs optimized for various platforms and formats (e.g., carousel ads, display ads, stories, etc.).

Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize ideas and ensure designs meet campaign goals and KPIs.

Stay updated on the latest design and digital marketing trends, ensuring creatives are innovative and effective.

Ensure consistency of design across all assets while adhering to brand guidelines.

Optimize existing ad creatives based on performance data and A/B testing feedback.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.

Knowledge of animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

Understanding of ad platform requirements, including dimensions and file formats.

Creative Skills:

Strong portfolio showcasing ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Ability to communicate ideas effectively through design.

Excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills.

Marketing Knowledge:

Understanding of D2C marketing strategies and target audience behavior.

Familiarity with A/B testing and performance-based design optimizations.
