Location: Peninsula Business Park, Lower Parel, Mumbai

Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Week Off: Alternate Saturdays off

Experience Required: 3 to 5 years

Industry: Consulting / Corporate Office Setup

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and manage front-desk activities, including handling incoming calls and visitors
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat and presentable manner
  • Manage courier inward/outward, office stationery, and pantry stock
  • Coordinate with vendors and housekeeping staff
  • Handle conference room bookings and meeting arrangements
  • Support basic admin duties such as filing, documentation, and data entry
  • Maintain attendance registers, visitor logs, and other relevant records
  • Assist HR/Admin team with event coordination and internal communication

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
