What You Will Do in This Role (Key Responsibilities) :

  • Analyze clients' current business operations, workflows, and requirements to effectively map and configure their processes within Odoo's solutions, ensuring the software precisely meets their specific needs.
  • Draft and present detailed proposals to clients, clearly outlining the recommended Odoo features, project scope, timelines, and commercial terms of the implementation.
  • Conduct compelling and tailored demonstrations of Odoo's functionalities, showcasing how the software can effectively address and resolve the client's unique business challenges.
  • Accompany clients throughout the entire Odoo implementation process, from initial system configuration and data migration to user training and successful go-live, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Provide comprehensive individual and group training sessions to clients, empowering them to use Odoo efficiently.
  • Collaborate actively with client implementation managers on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-User Training.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients, technical teams, and project managers, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and training Qualifications You Will Need (Required Skills & Experience) :
  • Total Experience : Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the IT industry.
  • Odoo Specific Experience : A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience specifically with Odoo ERP, preferably with the latest versions.
  • ERP Expertise : Minimum of 2 years of experience working with any ERP software, with a strong preference for Odoo ERP expertise.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences and influence stakeholders.
  • Client Management : Proven ability to manage client expectations and build strong client to Have :
  • Experience with specific Odoo modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Accounting, CRM, Sales, Inventory, Project Management).
  • Familiarity with Odoo customization capabilities (e.g., studio, custom modules).
  • Basic understanding of Python or XML for Odoo development context.
  • Experience with data migration strategies for ERP systems.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Odoo Certified, Business Analysis to Work with Us :
