About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm, secure environment where children feel confident to explore & learn.
• Observe, understand, and support children’s cognitive, emotional, and social growth, using strategies that encourage independence and emotional regulation.
• Design and facilitate engaging, play-based activities that promote early literacy, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.

Who Should Apply

• Atleast two years of teaching experience in childcare, preschools.
• Should be familiar with modern pedagogies like Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Waldorf and Play based methods of teaching.
• A degree (preferred in child psychology, psychology, or education).
• A passion for working with young children and understanding how they learn & grow.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
