HR Intern

This job is provided by apna.co We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruitment to join our Human Resources team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment process and contribute to building a strong talent pipeline for the organization.

Responsibilities :-

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screenings

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Maintain and update the recruitment database and applicant tracking system

Draft Job Descriptions And Post Openings On Various Platforms

Assist in employer branding and engagement activities

Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, if required

Note:- Also, This is going to be an unpaid internship, but if you perform well there is chances you can get PPO and work with Aditya Birla Capital.
