Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified life insurance agents.

Build and maintain a strong and productive agency network.

Team Management & Training

Provide ongoing training and mentorship to agents on products, sales techniques, and compliance.

Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.

Sales Management

Achieve sales targets through the agency channel.

Monitor agent performance and implement action plans for improvement.

Business Planning & Strategy

Develop and execute business plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Analyze market trends to optimize agency performance and customer acquisition.

Customer Relationship Management

Ensure high standards of customer service through the agency network.

Resolve customer issues escalated through agents effectively and promptly.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure all agents comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Submit timely reports on agency performance, sales activity, and market trends.
