Job Summary
Flipkart is looking for a Business Development Executive in Mysore to drive merchant onboarding and expand our seller network. The ideal candidate should have over a year of experience in merchant acquisition, particularly in FMCG companies like HUL, P&G, Nestlé, Britannia, ITC, Dabur, Just Dial, etc. The role requires extensive fieldwork, daily client interactions, and strong relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new merchants onto the Flipkart platform.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with FMCG businesses.
Conduct regular visits to merchants and ensure seamless onboarding.
Educate Sellers About Flipkart's Platform, Policies, And Benefits.
Work on sales strategies to maximize seller participation.
Meet sales and onboarding targets as per company guidelines.
Resolve merchant queries and provide ongoing support.
Key Requirements
Experience: Minimum 1 year in Merchant Onboarding.
Education: Any graduate with a strong academic background.
Industry Exposure: Experience working with FMCG brands like HUL, P&G, Nestlé, Britannia, ITC, Dabur, Just Dial, etc.
Technical Skills: Must have an Android phone for daily operations.
Mobility: A bike and a valid driver’s license for daily travel within the assigned sales territory.
Availability: Willingness to work 6 days a week.
