Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized and timely assistance with their banking needs
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Train and mentor branch staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new products and services to meet the needs of our customers
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and policies, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of branch operations and transactions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for process improvements and enhancements to customer service delivery

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on customer service and branch operations
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound knowledge of banking regulations and policies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
