Job Summary

The Associate Relationship Manager-Liabilities will be responsible for managing and growing the liabilities portfolio of the branch. This role requires a strong understanding of retail banking and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell liabilities products to new and existing customers
• Meet and exceed sales targets for liabilities products
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow-up on leads to generate new business
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer queries and complaints
• Collaborate with other departments to cross-sell products and services
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, preferably in liabilities sales
• Strong sales and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of local market and customer needs
• Proficient in MS Office and banking software
