Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, data scientists, and software developers, to identify and define business requirements and objectives related to Data, AI, and GenAI projects.
• Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex business processes and requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
• Participate in the planning, scoping, and prioritization of Data, AI, and GenAI projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
• Develop detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and user stories to support the development of software tools and applications.
• Work closely with data scientists and AI developers to ensure that AI models and solutions align with client needs and business objectives.
• Facilitate the testing and validation of applications, ensuring that they meet specified requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
• Collaborate on the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for processes and workflows to promote efficiency and consistency.
• Stay informed about advances in the field of data, AI, and supply chain management to provide insights on potential improvements and new opportunities for innovation.
  
  

Skills And Experience

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in data-driven environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with an MBA from a top-tier institution.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, with an emphasis on Generative AI applications.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).
• Understanding of supply chain processes and challenges.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
