We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our India team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to support decision-making and optimize marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing tools and data analysis tools. And, a deep understanding of digital marketing metrics, and the ability to provide actionable insights to improve marketing campaigns and drive ROI.

What You Will Do
- Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from various platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Ad platforms, social media tools, CRM systems).
- Develop, implement, and maintain regular performance reports to monitor marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights into marketing performance, conversion metrics, and customer behavior.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing KPIs
- Identify trends and patterns that can guide future marketing decisions.
- Create and maintain dashboards for visualizing marketing performance, providing clear and actionable insights for stakeholders
- Work asynchronously with digital marketing, content, and partner marketing teams to align marketing objectives and deliverables.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Ad platform reporting, SFDC reporting, and other tools
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
- Ability to asynchronously communicate data insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with remote project management tools (e.g., MS Planner).
