  • Undertaking installation and maintenance of Dialer, voice logger and other Aria Product.
  • Managing customer feedback and satisfaction.
  • Managing all the maintenance work for the Dialer, Voice Logger and other Aria Products.
  • Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal Skills.
  • Good Database and Linux Knowledge.
