Key Leadership: Manage day-to-day plant operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Budget Management: Oversee plant budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, including environmental, health, and safety standards.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing workflows and reduce waste.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including quality, supply chain, and engineering, to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12-20 years of experience in plant management within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
