What makes the role meaty?

• Quality Control & Inspection:
• Assist in conducting quality checks on Live animal.
• Monitor compliance with food safety standards and company SOPs.
• Perform organoleptic and physicochemical testing of raw and processed products.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Support in maintaining quality records and documentation as per FSSAI and internal standards.
• Assist in preparing reports on quality deviations and non-conformances.
• Hygiene & Safety Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to hygiene and sanitation protocols across production and packaging units.
• Participate in internal audits and inspections.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for improvement in quality practices and suggest corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the QA team on continuous improvement projects

What makes the role meaty?

• Graduation or Post-graduation in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP)
• Familiarity with quality control and testing procedures in the meat industry is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting
