Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, negotiating favourable terms with suppliers, managing supplier relationships and performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, mitigating supply chain risks, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of progressive procurement/supply chain experience
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, regulations, and industry trends
  • Proficiency in procurement software, data analytics tools, and MS Office
  • Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Certification in procurement or supply chain management (preferred)
