By integrating advanced technologies like artificial intelligence, data analytics, and machine learning, the India Technology Center plays a crucial role in accelerating Williams-Sonoma's growth and maintaining its competitive edge in the global market
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience as a techno-functional consultant, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong understanding of Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management Systems (WMOS) and their integration with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MHE, ProShip).
- Proficiency in PL/SQL.
- Good Understanding/testing and/or Working Knowledge in Micro services.
- Knowledge of industry-standard WMS modules (e.g., inventory management, order fulfillment, pick-pack-ship processes).
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system requirements.
- Experience with system configuration, data migration, and user training.
- Experience with the MHE Integration and Trouble shooting.
- Working Knowledge with Proship Integration a plus.
- Linux/Unix, Ability to Analyze WMOS Logs etc.
